View outstanding invitations from your organization settings. You can resend or revoke invitations that have not yet been accepted.Best Practices
- Limit Admin access — Grant Admin role only to organization owners and trusted leaders who need full control.
- Use Manager for team leads — Hiring managers who create jobs and review candidates but do not need org-wide settings access.
- Use Member for coordinators — Recruiters who invite candidates and review sessions without needing to manage jobs or users.
- Review access regularly — Remove members who no longer need access, especially when people leave your organization.
