How many jobs can I publish?
Organizations can publish up to 10 jobs at a time. A progress indicator on the create job page shows how many published slots remain.

Yes. Jobs support lifecycle states including Active, Draft, and Closed. Closed jobs no longer accept new applications. You can filter by Closed status on My Jobs.

Yes. Serin supports ZIP bulk import with preview, optional auto-screening, and auto-invite for eligible candidates. You can also add multiple candidates through the Add Candidate dialog.

Serin scores each candidate’s resume against job requirements. You can set a threshold during job creation to control who can proceed. Bulk screening is available from the Analysis table.

Yes. In addition to the overall job deadline, you can set individual application deadlines per candidate.

No. Candidates cannot update their resume after they have submitted it for a particular job application.

Reports are generated automatically after interview completion. If a report is not yet available, wait for processing to finish before downloading.

No. Interview reports can be generated even when video recording is unavailable.

No. Organization membership is for hiring team members only. Candidates participate as Talents on Serin.

Organization accounts and member invitations require work email addresses. Disposable and free email domains are not permitted.
