Before Interview

Interview length depends on the role. Sessions are typically between 20 and 60 minutes. The on-screen timer shows remaining time during your session.
Google Chrome is recommended. Microsoft Edge is also supported. See Technical Requirements → for full details.
Yes. A working webcam is required for interview setup and the live session.
Yes. You need an account to apply, upload your resume, and complete your interview.
Yes. You can manage the resumes in your profile at any time, with a maximum of three resumes stored at once. However, once you submit an application and select a resume for it, that resume cannot be changed or resubmitted. See Resume Updates → for more details.

During Interview

Brief pauses while thinking are fine, but interviews are designed to be completed in one sitting. Plan enough uninterrupted time before you begin.
If your connection drops, your session may be affected. Try to reconnect on the same device. If you cannot continue, kindly contact the organization that you are applying for.
You can ask the agent to move on, but answering questions thoughtfully gives the organization a better picture of your abilities. Respond as completely as you can.
Serin interviews are conducted in English. Answer in English only for the best evaluation experience.

After Interview

Results are reviewed by the hiring organization. Timing varies by employer. Contact the organization directly for updates on your application status.
Generally, no. Retakes are at the organization’s discretion. If you believe your session was affected by a technical issue, kindly contact the organization for further steps.
Interview reports are generated for the organization, not directly for candidates.
Serin processes your session and generates a structured report. The organization reviews your results alongside other hiring materials and decides on next steps.
