# Team Management

> Invite teammates, assign roles, and manage your organization on Serin.

Serin organizations support multiple team members with role-based permissions. This guide covers inviting teammates, understanding roles, and managing your organization's membership.

# Invite Members

Organization representatives can invite teammates to join their organization on Serin.

### How to invite

1. Click your **Profile** in the navigation bar.
2. Open the **Organization** tab.
3. Select the organization where you want to invite a new member.
4. Go to the **Members** tab.
5. Click **Invite Member**.
6. Enter the teammate's work email address.
7. Assign a role — **Admin**, **Manager**, or **Member**.
8. Click **Send Invite**.

The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your organization. You can view pending invitations and resend or revoke them from the **Members** tab if needed.

### Assign roles

Roles are assigned **per member**, not as a single shared role for all invites. Choose the role that matches each person's responsibilities before sending the invitation.

# Managing Members

### Remove members

Admins can remove members from the organization. Removed members lose access to the organization's jobs, candidates, and analysis.

### Change roles

Admins can update a member's role as responsibilities change. Review access carefully when promoting or demoting team members.

### Pending invitations

View outstanding invitations from your organization settings. You can resend or revoke invitations that have not yet been accepted.

# Best Practices

* **Limit Admin access** — Grant Admin role only to organization owners and trusted leaders who need full control.
* **Use Manager for team leads** — Hiring managers who create jobs and review candidates but do not need org-wide settings access.
* **Use Member for coordinators** — Recruiters who invite candidates and review sessions without needing to manage jobs or users.
* **Review access regularly** — Remove members who no longer need access, especially when people leave your organization.

<Warning>
Candidates cannot be added as organization members. Organization membership is for hiring team members only.
