# Organization FAQ

> Frequently asked questions for organizations using Serin to hire.

Quick answers for hiring teams using Serin to create jobs, invite candidates, and review interviews.

# Jobs

  <Accordion title="How many jobs can I publish?">
    Organizations can publish up to **10 jobs** at a time. A progress indicator on the create job page shows how many published slots remain.

  <Accordion title="Can I close a job?">
    Yes. Jobs support lifecycle states including Active, Draft, and Closed. Closed jobs no longer accept new applications. You can filter by Closed status on My Jobs.

  <Accordion title="Can I set a deadline on a job?">
    Yes. Jobs support deadline dates that control how long the role remains open for applications.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I edit a job after publishing?">
    Yes. Job title, description, requirements, and visibility can be updated at any time after publishing.

  <Accordion title="What is the difference between public and private jobs?">
    Public jobs are visible to all candidates on Serin. Private jobs are only accessible to candidates you explicitly invite. See [Jobs →](/using-serin/jobs).

# Candidates

  <Accordion title="Can I bulk upload candidates?">
    Yes. Serin supports ZIP bulk import with preview, optional auto-screening, and auto-invite for eligible candidates. You can also add multiple candidates through the Add Candidate dialog.

  <Accordion title="How does resume screening work?">
    Serin scores each candidate's resume against job requirements. You can set a threshold during job creation to control who can proceed. Bulk screening is available from the Analysis table.

  <Accordion title="How do invitations work?">
    Send email invitations from the job's candidate flow. Candidates receive a link to apply and complete their interview on Serin. See [Invite Candidate →](/using-serin/invite-candidate).

  <Accordion title="Can I set different deadlines for individual candidates?">
    Yes. In addition to the overall job deadline, you can set individual application deadlines per candidate.

  <Accordion title="Can candidates update their resume before interviewing?">
    No. Candidates cannot update their resume after they have submitted it for a particular job application.

# Reports

  <Accordion title="Can I regenerate a report?">
    Reports are generated automatically after interview completion. If a report is not yet available, wait for processing to finish before downloading.

  <Accordion title="Can I download reports?">
    Yes. Download reports as PDFs from the Detailed Report tab on the Analysis page.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do reports require video recording?">
    No. Interview reports can be generated even when video recording is unavailable.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I compare candidates?">

# Billing

  <Accordion title="How do credits work?">
    Organizations purchase Interview Minutes as credits. Credits are consumed based on hiring activities such as interviews and report generation. See [Credits & Usage →](/organization/credits-and-usage).

  <Accordion title="Do unused credits expire?">
    Expiration depends on your plan. Check your billing agreement or the Serin pricing page for current terms.

  <Accordion title="Where can I see my credit balance?">
    Open the profile dropdown in the Serin dashboard. Each organization shows its available credits, total credits, and usage progress.

# Organizations

  <Accordion title="Can one person belong to multiple organizations?">
    Yes. A single account can be a member of multiple organizations. Use the organization switcher in the navigation bar to change context.

  <Accordion title="How do I invite team members?">
    Invite teammates from your organization settings and assign Admin, Manager, or Member roles per person. See [Team Management →](/organization/team-management).

  <Accordion title="Can candidates join my organization?">
    No. Organization membership is for hiring team members only. Candidates participate as Talents on Serin.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What email domains can organization members use?">
    Organization accounts and member invitations require work email addresses. Disposable and free email domains are not permitted.
