# Organization

Choose Organization if you represent a company, startup, or team that wants to create jobs and run interviews to find skilled people using Serin. Organizations can create job roles, invite candidates to interview, and review structured interview results and feedback.

Each organization has different member roles to help manage work.

## Organization Member Roles

    Admins have full control over the organization and its hiring infrastructure.

    What Admins can do:

    * Configure organization profile, branding, and default interview settings
    * Create, edit, and delete job roles and interview pipelines
    * Add or remove admins, managers, and members

    * View all interview sessions, feedback, and analytics

    Typical use case:
    Founders, HR heads, or platform owners who oversee hiring strategy and system configuration.

    What Managers can do:

    * Create and manage job roles for their team
    * Invite and manage members within their scope

    Limitations:

    * Cannot change organization-wide settings
    * Cannot manage admins

    Typical use case:
    Team leads or hiring managers responsible for filling roles and evaluating candidates.

Choose Talent if you are an individual looking to apply for jobs and complete interviews on Serin. Talents manage their profile, upload resumes, and participate in the hiring process.

What Talents can do

* Create and maintain a personal profile
* Upload up to 3 resumes and choose which one to use when applying
* Apply to job roles
* Receive interview invitations

Complete AI-powered interviews

View interview results and feedback (if shared)

Typical use case:
Students, professionals, and job seekers exploring new opportunities.
