* **Avoid interruptions** — Minimize distractions from other people, devices, or applications.
* **Complete the interview independently** — Rely on your own knowledge and experience when responding.

* Having someone else answer questions on your behalf
* Frequently switching away from the interview window
* Using unauthorized assistance during the session
* Interrupting or disrupting the interview repeatedly
